      Zoom Troubleshooting

      If you're having a hard time accessing a Zoom call, what we recommend doing is...

      1. Clear the cache in your browser
      2. https://zoom.us/join
      3. Enter in the meeting ID which is always the numbers at the end of the meeting link
      4. Example:https://us02web.zoom.us/j/87685162828?pwd=ZDlheXB0RnVwck14RmhqRWJrQ3FBQT09
      5. So the meeting ID would then be: 8768516282
      6. Password = current months password
      7. And it should then let you in
