Crystal Pleasure consists of 6 modules with 1 week of content per module.
One new module opens each week for 6 weeks and contains:
- Overview lecture video recording
- Practice guide lecture video recording
- One (1) simple recorded starter audio practice
- One (1) 15-minute crystal egg audio practice recording

After the initial 6 weeks of the course finishes, you are welcome to move through the content again and again, at your own pace!
