Resistance, Lack of Motivation and Fear

If you're finding that you don't have the initial motivation to get started...

If you have a lot going on, two things really help:

  1. Schedule your practices, even once a week will make a difference and maybe with your life right now twice a week is realistic.
  2. You only have to do a small amount – watching the initial egg video and doing the basic egg practice takes 15 minutes!

If you feel very resistant or busy, even just watching a few minutes of the intro videos can inspire and motivate you.
