You are welcome to freeze your account for up to two (2) months for each twelve (12) months of membership.
Freeze requests need to be submitted on or before the 27th of the month prior to the 1st of the month for which you wish your freeze to be effective.
For example: You would like to freeze your membership for October. Your freeze request needs to be received by September 27.
When you freeze, payment pauses, and you forfeit access to all of that month's live calls and materials.
For example: If you freeze your membership for October, you will not receive access to the October calls or any of the October material.
You retain access to the call recordings from prior months that you've been active for (in the Vulva Vault), access to the Facebook group, and the Community CCD call during the freeze.
For example: You've been a member and paying each month since June. You freeze your membership for October. You keep access to all materials and call recordings from June until September, during October and beyond, for as long as you are a member of the program. You will not receive access to the October calls or any of the October material.
Your payment and live program access will resume on the 1st of the month after your one or two months of freeze.
If you have paid for an annual membership...
You can freeze your membership as described above.
Instead of pausing your payment for the months during which you're frozen, your renewal date for your annual membership will be pushed out by one or two months.
The same rules apply regarding access: You will have access to the materials of those months you were not frozen for, and will forfeit access for the material of those months you request to be frozen for.
