Cancellations must be requested on or before the 27th prior to your next billing date on the 1st in order to take effect for the upcoming billing cycle.
For example: If you would like to cancel your subscription effective June 1, you need to submit your cancel request on or before May 27.
When you cancel, you do lose access to the content and course portal on the last day of your billing cycle.
Failure to submit a cancel request on or before the 27th prior to the next billing date will result in normal payment processing and course access for the upcoming billing cycle, without refund.
The cancellation will instead be processed for the next billing cycle.
